  • Independently manage daily operations with minimal escalation needs.
  • Track, verify, and input financial data and documents.
  • Review and analyze loan documents for accuracy.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports.
  • Conduct research to resolve discrepancies.
  • Process transactions and resolve exceptions.
  • Provide ongoing loan maintenance and manage client accounts.
  • Handle interest changes, fee adjustments, and payment postings.
  • Perform quality assurance and compliance reviews.
  • Manage Letters of Credit, governance activities, and operational checklists.
  • Deliver tasks within SLA timelines while improving efficiency.
