The Credentialing and Provisioning team plays a critical role in ensuring users have the correct access by managing requests beyond the helpdesk’s scope, escalating issues when needed, and working across various technologies to securely grant or revoke access. This ensures operational continuity, security compliance, and timely access delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Access Request Fulfillment: Provision and De-Provision Access.
- Tier 2/3 Access Support & Escalation: Respond to and resolve access-related tickets escalated by administrators when helpdesk support is insufficient. Escalating to Engineering when advanced troubleshooting is required.
- Ticket Queue Management: Monitor ServiceNow, Jira, SailPoint
- Create and maintain SOP’s for Provisioning, de-provisioning and ticket handling processes.
- Collaborate with application owners, auditors and IT teams to resolve provisioning issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Functional Skills:
- Manages the verification of individuals qualifications and the granting of access necessary systems or resources.
- Assist in user account management involving creating, updating, and deactivating user accounts within applications and systems.
- Granting users the appropriate roles and permission needed to access necessary data and functionalities.
- Team Player: Supports Peers and department
- Problem Solving: Handle Escalated issues, ensures access rights are granted in accordance with IAM best practices.
- Collaborates with requestors and stakeholders to gather missing information and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular updates and maintain accurate documentation within each ticket.
- Technical/Business Skills:
- Identity Lifecycle Management: A deep understanding of identity lifecycle concepts including Joiner-Mover Leaver Processes, Role Based access Control, Separation of duties, and access certification.
- Vulnerability Management: Identify and highlight risks and access vulnerabilities during provisioning and certification cycles adherence to IAM best practices and internal policies.
- Workflow Development and Customization: Understanding of design, developing and maintaining of SailPoint workflows Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support the integration of ServiceNow CyberArk Integration with SailPoint IdentityIIQ
- Experience in Multi-domain Active Directory Forest/multi-forest configuration
- Experience with other IAM Tools like CyberArk, PING, RSA SecureID etc. is an advantage.
- ServiceNow Ticket Queue Management: Proactively manage ServiceNow ticketing queue to ensure access requests and provisioning issues are addresses within SLA and prioritize based on urgency and impact to the business.
- Experience working with agile methodology and experience with issue tracking systems like JIRA
