Roles and Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct daily quality checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Participate in system testing and improvement projects prior to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal departments across multiple Fidelity sites.
- Maintain and update regulatory and procedural knowledge.
- Keep supervisors informed about work progress and escalate potential risks.
- Train team members on critical processes and ensure process documentation is always up-to-date.
- Drive process innovation and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Prepare reports and track performance metrics for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
