Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the AI Innovation Team by enriching and validating lead and contact data.
- Conduct data preparation, cleaning, and organization for AI model training and deployment.
- Use tools, APIs, and manual research to complete data enrichment workflows.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to meet data quality standards and timelines.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with consistent accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or integrity issues proactively.
- Document standard processes and automate repetitive enrichment workflows.
- Learn and apply AI tools and lightweight automation techniques to enhance data operations.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and report data progress or blockers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or business intelligence (freshers welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Interest in learning AI automation tools, APIs, or Python scripting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- (Bonus) Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for visualization and reporting.
