Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc.
Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input.
Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches.
Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes.
The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
Additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance, or other quantitative focus preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, both internally and externally
Strong professionalism, ethics and character
Should exhibit a willingness to learn and ask questions.
Problem solving skills.
Critical Thinker with strong aptitude and reasoning problem solver.

Business Analyst / QA Analyst (Litigation Management) Job Summary We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with an interest in technology to support the development and quality assurance of tax litigation management solution. The role will primarily focus on product testing, requirement gathering, user story creation, defect management and collaboration with business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing, including test case preparation, execution, and defect validation.
Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Track defects, enhancements, and sprint activities using Azure DevOps (ADO/VSTS).
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to support product enhancements and releases.
Support the design and improvement of Direct Tax and GST litigation management solutions. Skills & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-4 years of experience in tax, litigation, tax technology, consulting, or related areas.
Understanding of Direct Tax and/or GST litigation processes.
Experience in software testing, quality assurance, and business analysis activities.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO/VSTS), Agile methodology, and user story management.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for technology and digital solutions. Preferred
Exposure to SaaS products, tax technology platforms, APIs, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
Experience working on litigation management, compliance, or enterprise technology products.
