Roles and Responsibilities
As an EY Immigration Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Completing and documenting assigned immigration work in line with EY quality standards.
- Drafting US immigration petitions (IV/NIV) for the Americas region.
- Managing mailbox queries and application drafting.
- Collaborating with team members and sharing process improvement ideas.
- Updating systems for tracking and billing purposes.
- Preparing reports, highlighting issues, and providing solutions.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and client requirements.
- Working on ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in relevant fields (Arts, Commerce, Travel & Tourism, Political Science, Computer Applications).
- Experience: 0–2 years (freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
- Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of US immigration processes, visa drafting (H-1, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1 NIW, GC handling).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Foreign language skills (preferred).
