You will support the Legal Transformation Services business, one of the fastest-growing divisions of Epiq, by streamlining CRMs, harmonizing marketing data, and enabling smooth integration after acquisitions. This role offers the flexibility of remote business analyst jobs in India, giving you the opportunity to contribute to global operations, support data-driven insights, and help optimize workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Standardization: Ensure clean and consistent pipeline data across Salesforce and DealCloud CRMs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification across CRMs.
- Lead initiatives to migrate and consolidate customer contact information into Salesforce for global marketing campaigns.
- Standardize sales funnel stages within CRMs for actionable insights.
- Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize sales and marketing workflows to increase efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in strategic operations or business analysis.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in process improvement and scaling operations.
