About the Role – Analyst
The Analyst role at eClerx involves working on back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions. You will manage various client/product lifecycle stages such as:
- KYC & reference data management
- Legal documentation & loans
- Portfolio reconciliation & system reconciliation
- Trade lifecycle management & settlements
- Brokerage functions, tax operations & corporate actions
- Preparing reports using MS Excel
- Handling external interactions with clients/counterparties to resolve queries

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify risks and escalate outstanding issues promptly to clients.
- Perform trade lifecycle support activities such as confirmations, reconciliations, settlements, and trade reporting.
- Handle syndicated loans operations and corporate actions setup.
- Support reference data, KYC, and regulatory reporting (SDR).
- Gain expertise in financial products such as equity securities, derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX options, credit derivatives, commodities, and bonds.
- Work on capital market operations and provide accurate trade & settlement reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master’s Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- 0–2 years of experience in investment banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of finance, derivatives, and trade lifecycle.
- Excellent logical, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and process analysis.
- Ability to plan, organize, and resolve issues within deadlines.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Freshers with relevant educational background can apply.
- Prior exposure to banking operations, reconciliations, or trade settlements is preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills are an added advantage.
