Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate risks while promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients.
- Perform trade support activities such as trade confirmation matching, pre-settlement checks, and back-office reconciliations.
- Manage operations for Syndicated Loans and Corporate Actions.
- Support Regulatory reporting, Reference Data management, and KYC documentation.
- Generate reports and handle cash flow settlements from trading events (e.g., Interest or Premium).
- Learn and analyze financial instruments including Equity Securities, Derivatives, FX, Options, Futures, and Fixed Income products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- 0–2 years of experience in investment banking operations or financial process management.
- Basic understanding of finance, trade lifecycle, and derivatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities for data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of financial risk management and data analytics tools.
