Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying and escalating risks, promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients.
- Performing trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle, such as trade confirmation matching, pre-settlement support, reconciliation of trade positions, report generation, and settlements of trading cash flows.
- Handling operations of Syndicated Loans and Corporate Action setup.
- Managing other capital market operations including Reference Data support and Regulatory reporting (KYC, SDR, Swaps Data Repository).
- Learning financial products such as Equity Securities, Derivatives, FX Spot, Options, Futures, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit Derivatives Swaps, Commodities Derivatives, and Fixed Income products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master’s Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- 0–2 years of experience in investment banking operations or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, and derivatives.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills to derive insights from data.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
