Job Description
As a Junior Research Analyst at Diligent, you will assist the Senior Research Analysts and Research Team Lead in designing and executing data collection methodologies. Your key responsibility will be to manage outsourced data collection activities and ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. You’ll also perform manual data gathering from various global sources, ensuring compliance with company methodologies. This role directly supports the delivery of actionable insights to clients across industries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced data collection workloads and ensure timely task completion.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external teams for workflow alignment.
- Perform data verification, quality checks, and database updates.
- Identify inaccuracies and operational inefficiencies through systematic checks.
- Prepare workflow and management reports for team leads.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across data collection processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or professional services.
- Graduate degree in Economics, International Relations, Law, Politics, or Finance preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
