The Associate is responsible for supervision, workflow oversight, and people management. This includes performance monitoring, training support, quality control, and ensuring operational compliance. The role also requires strong oversight of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of transactions while performing all required controls
- Apply GCO and Business strategies across product lines within regulatory guidelines and agreed SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with front office clients, ensuring smooth handling of regulated and time-critical tasks
- Support product and functional development by identifying emerging client needs and market trends
- Escalate operational, regulatory, and risk issues to management and assist in implementing mitigation solutions
- Contribute to continuous process improvement strategies and operational excellence
- Conduct reviews to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements in workflow and performance
- Support GCO values, team development, and a high-performance culture
- Take ownership of personal development, upskilling, and contribution improvement
- Provide support to new employees for smooth onboarding
- Address people-performance issues where required to drive excellence
- Manage production timelines and ensure effective team control across product lines
- Guide team members, fostering an environment focused on quality and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in SWIFT operations and clearing systems
- In-depth knowledge of SWIFT messages: MT 103, MT 202, MT 202 COV
- Strong understanding of Payments & Clearing Systems across the US, Euro, APAC regions; Embargo Filtering
- Subject Matter Expertise in Payment Processing and Payments Investigation
- Basic analytical skills with flexibility for problem-solving
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and local language
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and matrix-structured environments
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to technology innovations
- Open-minded, collaborative, and able to transfer knowledge within the team
