This position involves configuring and supporting global mobility applications based on client requirements. As part of system configuration, you will document and obtain client sign-off on business requirements, then configure and test the system accordingly. In the support role, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to global mobility tools by coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to execute and deliver project deliverables within budget and timelines, and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment within a Deloitte business technology analyst role. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect, understand, and communicate business requirements for projects, translating them into functional specifications and detailed test plans
- Act as a liaison between various project stakeholders to configure systems according to business requirements using AGILE methodologies
- Consistently meet client expectations and adhere to project timelines
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved promptly
- Evaluate client problems and deliver logical, long-term solutions as part of a technology analyst position for freshers
- Demonstrate the ability to handle high work pressure during peak periods
- Collaborate with business owners to identify information needs and develop relevant reports
- Perform unit-level and system-level testing on applications after configuration
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of problem-solving experience with strong analytical capabilities
- High attention to detail, with the ability to deliver project outputs on budget and on schedule while multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Ability to collect and interpret relevant data and information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, SQL, and Excel (v-lookups, pivots, macros, etc.)
- Working knowledge of relational databases is an added advantage
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred, along with exposure to other relevant tools supporting these responsibilities
- Preferred familiarity with data wrangling, data analytics, and presenting insights through dashboards
- Ability to quickly integrate with the existing team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging clients at all organizational levels

- Ability to interact effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization
