Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
  • Processing all scheduled reports.
  • Providing delegate lists.
  • Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work.
  • Closing classes and processing post-course evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensuring all system-related activities and updates are completed accurately and on time in accordance with procedural guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with Data Protection legislation at all times.
  • Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
  • Administering other Learning Support Services processes as required.
