Roles and Responsibilities
- Support audit teams by performing administrative and compliance-related tasks within the ESC group.
- Draft engagement letters, coordinate client audits, and manage client acceptance/continuation processes.
- Monitor client compliance with SEC and Deloitte independence policies.
- Assist with audit confirmations, trial balance reviews, and financial statement documentation.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables while meeting project deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to team leads and adopt structured approaches to assigned tasks.
- Learn and utilize Deloitte’s internal tools and templates used for auditing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com) or related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience (freshers can apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
