Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering for New Change Request.
- Creating FSD for the Change Request.
- Discussion on the FSD with Client and reverting on queries raised by client on FSD
- Following up for Sign-off on the FSD.
- Explaining the documented Change request to Developers and QA’s
- Helping QA Team to give DEMO to client after Change request in deployed in UAT
- Monitoring issues raised by Client in UAT and conveying the same to internal Team
- Answering queries raised by Client through mail or over mobile
- Connecting to Client in Daily Standup call for project discussion
- Imparting knowledge of already live functionality to both Client and Internal team
- Providing Demo of Factorin product to new customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Relevant Discipline
