- Collaborate with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to develop and maintain KYC (Know Your Client) records.

- Validate and update Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure KYC records meet local regulatory requirements and Citi’s BSU (Business Support Unit) standards.
- Maintain and update BSU tools for reporting and monitoring purposes.
- Demonstrate strong ethical and compliance awareness when making business decisions.
- Escalate any control or compliance issues transparently as per Citi’s global policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
