Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will conduct initial review and input of the set-up of new (customer, Nostro and internal) accounts in T24 following received instruction on classification of the underlying client/counterparty or categorization of the data, aligned with a T24 banking system analyst function.
- Initial review and input of required maintenance to the underlying client/counterparty account conditions like static data, interest condition, schedule and settlement instruction applying to the account
- Initial review and input of the set-up of new non-KYC requiring customer records in T24 based on the details as per received request
- Initial review and input of simple parameter change requests received from the various business streams to apply to the system
- Assist in testing of enhanced parameter changes in UAT before promoting these changes to the production environment
- Assist in testing on any product changes of existing account products requested by the business
- Assist in testing on any new products created as per request of management based on requested functionality of the new product and it’s specific characteristics as per the design requirement document
- Complete and sign appropriate global checklists
- Correct and amend any input changes performed incorrectly initially
- Input contact updates including confirming to the business about the change that has been made
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or business-related area or a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a Financial Operations department and/or in a similar banking data administration position.
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively at various levels in the organization
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to set priorities
- Extensive computer literacy is essential
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, service-minded attitude, able to deal with competing pressures
- Dynamic personality and enthusiastic
- Experience working with multiple offices at a global level
- Proactive attitude and willingness to put forth suggestions for constructive improvement in provision of service
- Team player with the ability to successfully work in a fast paced and demanding professional environment
