Working as a member of the Revenue & Billing team, the Finance Billing Analyst will process client Billing and provide support to the business users in accordance with established best practices and policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Issuing the Invoices post contract verification and adhere with Billing schedule.
- Liaise with Project team members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Addressing issues and query from Project Team and follow up as required.
- Validate invoice and take corrective actions accordingly.
- Process revenue booking for various operating units.
- Work on credit note as per requirement
- Work with cash application team to resolve any billing related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
- A strong academic record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Experience with Oracle is an advantage
