Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational deliverables using 3rd Party Sentry software in line with client service level agreements.
- Handle activities related to positions, trades, and credit transactions for fund portfolios.
- Evaluate cash flows, financing, and risk assessment related to Syndicated and Private Loans.
- Prepare reports for loan activity assessment and ensure proper documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with Agents and 3rd Party Loan Servicers to validate transactions and holdings.
- Maintain accurate financial records for monthly statements and fund reconciliations.
- Support new client conversions and operational migrations.
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining a professional approach.
- Train and guide new team members to ensure operational consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Syndicated and Private Loans is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and Excel-based financial modeling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience with fund accounting or investment operations preferred.
