Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform daily client-related tasks including document collection, storage, online signatures (DocuSign), and statutory filings.
- Participate in process training and client-related training to enhance expertise.
- Manage and update data in software and document management systems.
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues to senior members for resolution.
- Track time spent on each assignment and update records in assigned systems.
- Update daily work status using trackers and ensure quality compliance.
- Meet deadlines, accuracy standards, and deliverables consistently.
- Collaborate in cross-training sessions and support bulk project requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
- Attend and complete mandatory organizational training sessions on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate / Post Graduate – Any Stream).
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a financial services or corporate industry preferred.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Strong skills in communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability.
