Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and input new customer, Nostro, and internal account setups in T24 banking system.
- Manage updates to client/counterparty account conditions, including static data, interest, schedules, and settlement instructions.
- Maintain accurate non-KYC customer records based on approved requests.
- Process parameter change requests from business units and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in testing new product setups and parameter enhancements before moving them to production.
- Maintain compliance by completing and signing relevant global checklists.
- Update contact details and confirm successful changes to the business.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and operational integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations or data administration roles preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data management tools.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to suggest process improvements.
- Prior experience working with global financial teams is an advantage.
