Their team partners closely with Sales and Finance stakeholders to validate commercial deals and protect Cisco’s revenue while enabling a smooth customer experience. As an Operational Deal Assurer, you will play a critical role in reviewing and validating sales deals for a specific offering. You will ensure all deal data is accurate, compliant, and approved before progressing, helping Cisco maintain financial integrity and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a queue/pipeline of sales deals for assurance review
- Verify data against supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assess pricing, discounts, and quote validity to ensure proper authorization
- Track deal registration, approvals, and expirations using Excel and SharePoint tools
- Communicate clearly with Sales and Commercial Finance Deal Desk teams to resolve issues
- Perform periodic audits on approved deals to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards for reporting and tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to follow and execute process documentation
- Experience reviewing data and documentation with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working under time pressure with multiple priorities
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on accuracy and compliance
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ability to navigate business tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Order Management
- Prior experience working with sales deals, pricing, or contract validation
- Familiarity with CRM, deal management, or finance workflow systems
- Experience performing audits, reconciliations, or compliance checks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
