They are looking for a Business Analyst having worked in the Property and Casualty insurance domain. The person should have analytical and problem-solving abilities & Good written and oral communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders. The person should take ownership of the task and take it to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Analyst by interfacing across business units/functions and with clients on Key Projects and products.
- Complete detailed business analysis and troubleshoot reported problems.
- Participate in requirement studies.
- Participate in designing, developing, and executing test strategies and test cases. This includes reviewing test plans and results
- Follow CGI’s Quality System procedures for business unit/projects.
- Provide quality, on time, within budget deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge
- Business Analysis skills
- SDLCs
- Experience with development methodologies and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Querying the DBs
- Policy admin systems/ Insurance data analytics/ Stat reporting
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Knowledge & Skill – P&C Insurance / General Insurance
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities & Good written and oral communication skills. Attitude to learn new technologies.
- Position Summary – Member is primarily responsible for completing testing and BA related activities (Insurance and sometimes Non-Insurance).
- Data Analysis – Insurance data analysis and provide reports.
- Implementing required changes, requirements gathering, and conducting development and/or quality assurance testing ensuring that the solution performs accurately with a superior degree of quality.
