Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct industry, client-level, and ESG financial analysis for Global Banking (GB) and Commercial Banking (CMB) teams.
- Analyze financial statements, ratios, and supplementary data to support informed lending and credit risk decisions.
- Prepare detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for both new and existing clients.
- Support in tracking and analyzing climate-related risks and low-carbon transition initiatives.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Risk Executives to identify and mitigate business risks.
- Ensure all analyses and reports adhere to compliance, operational, and regulatory standards.
- Proactively contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and credit data using advanced tools in Excel and Word.
- Mentor new team members and perform quality checks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance or Economics) or equivalent qualification is required.
- 0–6 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Financial Research, or Banking Operations.
- Excellent command of Excel and Word, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Sound understanding of sustainability finance and ESG reporting is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and structured credit reports.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
