Roles and Responsibilities
- Support NAV validation and fund migration projects by working with Project Managers.
- Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with IT advancements to enhance automation and modernize systems.
- Communicate findings with stakeholders through reports, meetings, and presentations.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, or MSS Operations.
- Familiarity with tools like pControl, WEM, or Multifonds (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with large transformation programs in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of business transformation frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge & Experience
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and transformation strategies.
- Ability to work in banking operations and change projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking for process improvement and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
