A Technical Analyst (TA) responsible for Technical Documentation, preparing Architecture Standards, scheduling and running technical design sessions. The TA will ensure that the technical aspects of a project are well-documented, standardized, and communicated effectively. Job Description:
Technical Documentation:
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive technical documentation, including system architectures, data flows, integration points, and technical specifications.
- Create internal process documentation showing the flow of tasks & responsibilities among the stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document the rationale behind key technical decisions, including trade-offs and impact assessments.
Running Technical Design Sessions:
- Facilitate technical design sessions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Guide teams through the design process, helping to identify potential issues, technical challenges, and optimization opportunities.
- Document decisions made during design sessions and communicate these to relevant teams.
Architecture Standards:
- Collaborate with senior architects to define technical architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for system architecture.
