Roles and Responsibilities
- Review purchase requests in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system for compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulations.
- Support Procurement Managers by providing data analysis for vendor negotiations and business insights.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data from historical contracts and spending records for data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments to evaluate potential risks and support internal compliance standards.
- Manage vendor master data, ensuring it remains accurate and updated in the system.
- Collaborate with business units to train and guide teams on procurement policies and processes.
- Route DocuSign agreements for approval and ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Oversee contract compliance, renewals, and amendments as per company standards.
- Maintain and organize procurement documentation and SOPs to ensure standardization and audit readiness.
- Lead or assist in procurement process improvement projects, enhancing operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analysis, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and compliance processes.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in vendor data management and contract compliance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic business environment.
Preferred Technical & Specialized Skills
- Experience with Coupa (preferred), SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Knowledge of DocuSign and other contract lifecycle management tools.
- Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for procurement workflows.
