Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identity Governance: Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline identity governance processes, ensuring that digital identities are managed efficiently and securely.
- Access Management Roles: Conduct regular audits of access management roles to ensure that access rights are appropriately assigned and modified based on the principle of least privilege.
- Privileged Identity Auditing: Perform audits on privileged identities to monitor and control access to sensitive systems and data, preventing unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies related to identity and access management.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with identity and access management, providing recommendations for improving security posture.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on identity governance, access management activities, and privileged identity audits, presenting findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate identity and access management solutions within the broader cybersecurity framework.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on identity and access management processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in identity and access management, with a strong understanding of identity governance and privileged access management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies, such as SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in auditing and reporting activities.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Management Professional (CIAM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization or a highly regulated industry.
