The Estate Servicing Operations (ESO) team ensures the end-to-end deceased customer experience is coordinated from notification to the final disbursement and/or closure of the account. Working with survivors requires a special touch to ensure all transactions are handled within stipulated timeliness and are completed accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests in a timely manner by processing protective maintenance and reviewing documents.
- Investigate by determining the best course of action for the deceased customer account to resolve the requests.
- Should have strong understanding of the internal policies, procedures and empathetical mindset for early resolution and regulatory requirements when reviewing customer’s accounts.
- Ability to follow logical, analytical approach while completing the research to complete the request.
- Must be able to balance Quality and Productivity expectations due to sensitive nature of business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation (except BE, BTECH)
- Experience Range: 0-3 Years
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently as well as part of team
- Good Analytics skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good decision-making skills
- Good Keyboard skills
- Understanding of Banking Products
- Should be flexible to support the business needs
