Job Responsibilities
- Act as the technical backbone of the support team — resolve complex product, API, and data pipeline issues.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring technical challenges.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to escalate and document key insights.
- Build reusable knowledge base articles, playbooks, and automation scripts to improve support efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric support through proactive communication and timely resolution.
- Work hands-on with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, BigQuery, and dbt.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in SaaS support, cloud applications, or data integration troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and authentication protocols like OAuth or token-based access.
- Knowledge of modern data infrastructure (Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, BigQuery, dbt, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical thinking skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude.
