- Respond to uTest community members within 48 business hours with professional communication.
- Support data standardization initiatives and contribute to business insights reporting.
- Recommend process improvements based on ticket analysis and support trends.
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for testers on platform issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tester information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
