Job Description
As a Junior Analyst – Monitoring, you will play a vital role in supporting AML RightSource’s mission to detect and prevent financial crimes.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Level 1 reviews of alerts generated from sanctions, blacklist, and watchlist screenings of client-related names.
- Identifying hits that require further investigation and escalating potential adverse findings to the Lead KYC Specialist.
- Performing daily control reconciliations to ensure all alerts are addressed and documented properly.
- Ensuring compliance with AML and OFAC regulations and company policies.
- Staying updated on global regulatory changes and sanctions-related developments.
- Developing a solid understanding of AML/OFAC requirements and implications in transaction monitoring.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and accurate AML reviews while maintaining data integrity.
- Escalate suspicious activity promptly to supervisors or senior analysts.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve compliance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
