Roles and Responsibilities
- Development & Implementation
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models with a focus on performance and visualization.
- Create Power Automate flows and PowerApps to streamline business processes.
- Configure, manage, and support Power Platform environments, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies.
- Integrate Power Platform tools with SharePoint Online, Office 365, and common connectors.
- Support Power BI infrastructure management and troubleshoot data connectivity or On-Premises Data Gateway issues.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Governance & Support
- Contribute to Power Platform governance initiatives using the CoE (Center of Excellence) Starter Kit.
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend improvements to enhance data accessibility and performance.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and IT governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX, and data modeling).
- Proven ability to develop Power Automate flows and Canvas Apps.
- Understanding of Power Platform environments, DLP, and security fundamentals.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365, and cloud connectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and project documentation best practices.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or PL-100 (Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Entra Portal, SQL, Logic Apps, or Dataverse.
- Understanding of Power Platform CoE governance concepts.
