  • Support merchant business operations for the EMEA market.
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks as per company compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and management of merchant accounts according to CHC standards.
  • Provide top-tier merchant support by resolving financial queries, maintenance issues, and account discrepancies.
  • Perform detailed analysis and due diligence, including outreach to merchants for suspense accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Client Managers, Acquisition Teams, and third-party affiliates.
  • Maintain customer service quality and achieve performance metrics such as Occupancy, UPH (Units Per Hour), and overall satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
