Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute test procedures and/or scripts either manually or using automated tools as part of manual and automated software testing
- Monitor and report test execution progress in a timely manner with a strong focus on achieving high quality
- Record and document test execution results along with all information required to support ongoing measurement and reporting of risks, defects, tests, and coverage
- Review reports and discrepancies to identify root causes and assess script failures at a high level
- Compare and evaluate system behavior against expected results and key metrics based on business and technical requirements, identify issues, recommend system improvements, and perform repeated test execution to resolve identified issues
- Participate in and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.A. / B.Sc in IT / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / Systems Analysis
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge in programming, testing tools, and testing methodologies relevant to software quality assurance testing
- Hands-on technical experience in testing software projects
