Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily management of shift activities supporting fulfillment center operations careers
- Administrative management of associates
- Job allocation to associates
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality, and safety within Amazon operations management roles
- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis aligned with logistics process assistant roles
- Stand-in for Area Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
