Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process 3-way, 2-way, and exception invoices with attention to compliance.
- Handle credit notes, approvals, and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare and publish payment schedules, ensuring timely invoice processing and disbursements.
- Execute and reconcile bank transactions across multiple payment methods.
- Manage employee travel and expense claims in line with corporate policies.
- Generate and publish SLA compliance reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Ensure adherence to finance control frameworks and company guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payment processing workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP or accounting tools such as SAP or Oracle (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
