Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective cloud infrastructure support.
- Collaborate with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to cloud services.
- Act as the primary contact for technical problem resolution, delivering world-class customer service.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (IT, DevOps, and Engineering) to analyze system performance and implement solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes and customer communications.
- Proactively monitor client systems to prevent potential issues and ensure service uptime.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support or cloud engineering role.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS.
- Familiarity with VPNs, Proxies, and major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to Layer 3/4 networking technologies and authentication systems (OAuth, SAML, Active Directory).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
