Job Role – Cloud Support Engineer (Remote)
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will handle complex support issues, enhance troubleshooting methods, and ensure customers receive a seamless support experience. You will collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering and Product Development teams to resolve escalations and mentor junior support engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with the Incident team to address platform and service issues.
- Resolve customer-reported issues via JIRA tickets.
- Provide Level 1 Support for critical production accounts.
- Collaborate with SRE and Product teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Partner with Training and Quality Control teams to identify learning needs.
- Mentor support engineers to enhance their technical and troubleshooting skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Cloud Hosting / Cloud Support.
- Strong written and verbal customer communication skills.
- Proficiency in Linux environments, Kubernetes, DNS, Distributed Storage, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools like MTR, tcpdump, and nmap.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Ability to apply customer effort reduction principles and maintain ownership of issues.
- Effective collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
