Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze data from Akamai’s Product Catalog and identify operational gaps or inconsistencies.
- Update and maintain product catalog details, pricing, and related system data on a regular schedule.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing initial resolutions and escalating complex cases to engineering teams.
- Coordinate with the Marketplace and Sales teams to handle product trials and onboarding processes.
- Manage deprovisioning of inactive customer accounts while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of operational communication and proactively follow up on deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (E&CE, CS, IS, IT) or BCA/MCA/MBA with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in data analytics, business analysis, or product support roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
