You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Customer Operations – Voice – Help desk role – ticket resolution Recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving or assigning incidents and service requests based on defined scope of support. Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for voice interactions.
