About the Role
As an Associate Analyst at Lowe’s, you’ll be responsible for ensuring item integrity and data accuracy across multiple e-commerce channels. This role involves proactive monitoring of item health, availability, and inventory data while collaborating with merchandising and operations teams to maintain data quality and streamline business processes. You’ll support product launches, brand rollouts, and strategic merchandising initiatives, ensuring that Lowe’s online and offline product data remains consistent, accurate, and optimized for customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor item sellable status, availability, and performance across various e-commerce channels.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for all item integrity and CRM-related issues.
- Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot item-related errors and conduct root cause analysis.
- Support new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events.
- Execute merchant-facing activities related to brand and strategic events.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in item lifecycle management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Bangalore (SSC-B) and Mooresville, US (SSC-M).
- Automate reporting and optimize workflows for better efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and timelines.
- Learn and implement innovative approaches to item data management and process enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Data Management or the Retail / E-Commerce industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and Retail Merchandising.
- Experience in Vendor or Supplier Management preferred.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Data validation, process automation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Secondary skills: Item product lifecycle knowledge, time management, and adaptability.
