Job Description
Nike is looking for a skilled Information Security Analyst to join its Corporate Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This team ensures enterprise-wide compliance, risk assessment, and security governance. As an Information Security Analyst in Bangalore, you will: Work with Nike’s global technology and business units to advise on compliance and security standards, Provide expert insights on industry frameworks like ISO, NIST, and CoBIT, Support enterprise risk management, ensuring Nike leadership has the right information for strategic decision-making & Drive adherence to compliance requirements while supporting business goals. Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess moderately complex platforms against Nike’s information security standards
- Review and process exceptions to security policies and guidelines
- Conduct internal risk assessments, analyze vulnerabilities, and report risks to stakeholders
- Evaluate third-party vendors for compliance with data usage and security protocols
- Provide consultation on ITGC compliance matters and business risk alignment
- Champion Nike’s global information security policies, standards, and controls
- Lead control design, validation testing, and compliance operations
- Deliver insights on cybersecurity controls via tools like Tableau
- Collaborate with business leaders, managers, and global partners for effective security integration
- Oversee cybersecurity training programs and security awareness initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and best practices
- Understanding of business technology risks and compliance requirements
- Experience with PCI DSS, SOC reports, COBIT, COSO, NIST, ISO 27000 frameworks
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA
- Ability to create clear, professional documentation and presentations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
