Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain all task-related records in internal systems and Excel.
- Perform validation of documents and information as per client guidelines.
- Conduct verifications through calls or emails with HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, and universities.
- Interact with candidates for document collection and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with verification sources and update the internal database.
- Ensure timely closure of verification checks.
- Collaborate with operations teams when required.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication (English).
- Apply analytical and focused approaches to meet targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate / LLM / LLB
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Knowledge of secondary research, company profiling, and business intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with verification processes
