Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Loan Operations & Deal Management
    • Manage loan applications from submission to funding.
    • Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and visibility of deal status.
    • Support seamless loan closures while meeting compliance and quality standards.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Risk, Marketing, R&D, and Product teams on high-impact projects.
    • Contribute to fintech process automation and loan optimization strategies.
    • Support initiatives like pricing campaigns, digital presence tagging, and debit spend campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Maintain lending data for the Bluevine Lender Network (BLN).
    • Track pipeline trends and monitor funding volumes, approval rates, and lender performance.
    • Generate analytical reports to support decision-making.
  • Lender & Partner Coordination
    • Track lender responses and provide timely updates to sales reps.
    • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
    • Assist in streamlining deal flow to support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in operations, data entry, or related fields.
