Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process client vote instructions for GPD banks through various formats (SWIFT, fax, email, online voting).
- Complete supporting paperwork such as proxy cards, power of attorney, etc.
- Handle tasks under direct voting services including proxy card completion and uploading vote files.
- Assist account managers with client inquiries.
- Coordinate with sub-custodians for rejected or special vote instructions.
- Maintain updated records of sub-custodians’ details, SWIFT addresses, and formats.
- Manage daily workloads using the internal GPD Manager application.
- Review automated reports for auditing ballot generation and vote execution.
- Contribute ideas for improving process efficiency.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
- Willingness to work overtime if needed.
