Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and process client and investor activity received via email and fax.
- Open new investor accounts, ensuring compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, statutory guidelines, and company policies.
- Process investor transactions accurately in line with fund documentation and compliance requirements.
- Handle investor queries professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes, and supporting documentation.
- Generate MIS reports and internal operational updates for team effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and complete fund records in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate with management teams in Mumbai, Westchester, and Dublin regarding operational updates.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of fund offering documentation.
- Stay updated with fund domicile regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Ensure strong knowledge and application of anti-money laundering controls across all processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of prior work experience (preferably in financial services or investor servicing).
- Knowledge of hedge fund processing and investor services is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle workload pressure, especially during month-end cycles.
- Comfortable working in a global virtual team across time zones.
- Proficiency in financial systems and IT tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a numerical discipline.
