Roles and Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Internal Audit at KPMG, you will work as part of project teams in internal audit and risk consulting. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in process consulting, risk assessment, and audit execution.
- Delivering consistent, high-quality client services.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring stakeholders are updated.
- Applying accounting and process-related knowledge to solve client problems.
- Staying updated with industry trends and advisory service practices.
- Traveling within India or abroad for client assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree (BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BMS, BBM, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in audit, consulting, or related fields.
- Preferred certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analytics skills (knowledge of advanced tools is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Integrity, professional values, and ability to work under pressure.
