Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions with ownership of outcomes.
- Capture and analyze business requirements while ensuring project documentation meets governance standards.
- Build, test, and maintain RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize automation processes for efficiency.
- Document workflows and provide RPA training to end-users.
- Continuously monitor RPA solutions to improve accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and update project status regularly.
- Provide technological support to Legal & Compliance applications critical for daily operations.
- Identify process gaps that may pose risks to project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment.
- Preferred exposure to Excel VBA, SQL, Unqork, Archer, Aladdin data tables, and Port Groups.
- A proactive learner who stays updated with emerging automation technologies.
